OBTnotes is a wiki to conveniently record as much of the "Organizational Behavior & Theory" literature as I can as I come across it.

As with any wiki, this gets even more powerful if more people find it useful to jot things down. Unfortunately, spammers force me to disallow anonymous edits, but please feel free to make an account and add anything you want.

I am in the OBT PhD program at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. My name is Sam Swift.

In the spring of 08, my server had a hard drive failure. Worse yet, the primary backup mechanism failed. I did have a secondary backup, but it wasn't very good, so I have mostly rebuilt things manually. So if you could have sworn there was something in particular you saw on here that you can't find now, it's probably just gone.
